Dear customers, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our site www.squishnsquezzecompany.com and ordering our products from our shop you agree to Terms & Conditions as shown below are bound by them. All of our Terms & Conditions are designed to be fair and clear to both us and our customers. Terms & Conditions are subject to Common Law (English Law) and the proper jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. We try to guarantee your Total Satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer. A valid credit card or Visa Debit with full authority to use it, to submit payment.

IMPORTANT: Our playdough is NOT edible, and should not be ingested.

squishnsqueezecompany.com and/or its owner and/or employees are not responsible for any allergic reaction that may arise from interaction with our dough. Squish n Squeeze playdough is not CE tested, however a full list of ingredients can be found on the shop page for each individual playdough kit. Please read carefully allergens are presented in BOLD lettering in compliance with the UK-wide regulation mandates [PPDS] by UK law, food businesses.

Delivery: Squish n Squeeze Company is a small local run business therefore we only deliver within The UK, for the details of our delivery options please visit our shop page and select the option you desire. We currently use the following carriers to deliver; EVRI, ParcelShop.

We cannot be held liable for actions of the carrier. In case of delivery being damaged please email us immediately. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 48 hours to ensure the Playdough is at it's freshest. Our working days are Monday to Thursday. We do not deliver or process orders on bank holiday weekends or holidays. If an order is placed Friday to Sunday these orders will be processed and shipped on the upcoming following Monday. Please be advised that we add the postage & packaging (accordingly to the actual price list of the used carried) to your finale order.

Payments: All payments are taken in advance. Once you have decided what you want to buy, you can make payment using all the major credit and debit cards I.E Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo. Please remember our displayed prices do not include Postage & packaging if necessary. As a customer of our shop you can rest assured that your transaction will be covered by multiple security features and encryption, you will always be provided with a receipt or invoice of your order confirmation email including delivery-arrival information.

Returns & Refunds Policy: Squish n Squeeze Company offer a 30 day product guarantee, if you are not happy with your product you can send it back and we will refund your order (minus shipping) no questions asked! Please note the 30 day returns and refunds policy starts the day of your order being successfully delivered. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged in transit please contact us on squishnsqueezecompany@gmail.com with photos and a description within 7 business days of receiving your product to rectify the issue. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit card or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. If your Item is not in stock, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order immediately and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait for the order to be fulfilled. Any complaints or concerns will always be dealt with and acknowledged within three (3) working days. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and effectively within thirty (30) days.
